Pricing questions
Is it really free for the first meet?
Yes. Run a complete club night with every feature, no card required, on any plan. Only pay once you want to keep going.
Should we pay per meet or subscribe?
If you run more than about five club nights a year, the Club plan works out cheaper than paying per meet. Per meet suits a club that times only the odd one-off.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. The Club plan is month to month and you can pause or cancel any time, including over the off-season. Annual is optional and saves two months.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. EasyMeet runs on the phones your club and families already have. There are no touchpads, consoles or cables to buy or hire.
How many volunteers can join?
As many as you like. Timers and the starter join by QR code at no extra cost, on any plan.
Are prices inc GST?
Yes. Every price shown includes GST, so the number on the page is the number you pay.
Why is the price on the page?
Because you should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what timing costs. The price is the price, published, the same for every club.
