Your club's data, handled with care.
A plain-English summary of what we collect and why. Draft pending final review.
Who we are
EasyMeet is phone-based swim-meet timing software for community swim clubs, built and operated in Western Australia. This page explains how we handle information. It is a plain-English draft and will be finalised with a legal review before public launch.
What we collect
Account details for coaches and club admins (name, email). Meet data a club creates or imports from Swim Central (events, heats, lanes, swimmer names, ages, and times). Basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the service. Volunteer timer and starter phones join by code without an account, so we do not collect personal logins from them.
Swimmers and children
Many swimmers are children. The club is the controller of its swimmers' data and EasyMeet processes it on the club's behalf to run timing and produce results. We do not use swimmer data for advertising and we never sell it.
How we use it
To run meet timing, show live results and personal-best verdicts, produce exports, and keep the service secure and reliable. We use it only to provide the service to the club.
Where it is stored
On Supabase and Vercel infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia. Access is restricted and protected by role-based security.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep meet and results data while a club's account is active so previous bests carry forward. A club can request deletion of its data.
Your choices
Clubs can access, correct, export or delete their data. Email us and we will help.
